HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AND SHIP AN ORDER?
Orders are processed 24hours after they are received. After the order is received it could take up to 14 days to be completed and shipped. To keep you posted, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse that will include a tracking number for your order. We ask that you don't inquire about your order until after the 14 day period has passed. All questions about orders can be sent to Bodykarma2021@gmail.com
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns. However we will credit your account or replace a product if there is visual damage to the product due to weather or shipping errors. You will have to provide a photo of the damage product. Please send photos in an email to Bodykarma2021@gmail.com
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We only ship to the United States of America's 48 contiguous states.

Please note when switching from chemical products to all-natural products irritation, redness or burning can occur. If you have any allergies, please read the product label carefully. We recommend that people with sensitive skin perform a patch test first to ensure there is no reaction before completely switching products
